Optimal Movement’s Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) Lyndall McNeil specialises in the delivery of exercise & lifestyle modification programs for people with chronic conditions & healthy populations across the Bellarine.

Lyndall has over 12 years of extensive knowledge, skills and experience in clinical exercise delivery and health-behaviour modification counselling for people with chronic disease.

Lyndall treats and manages a broad range of conditions including, but not limited to:

Lyndall McNeil is owner and senior Accredited Exercise Physiologist at Optimal Movement. She graduated from University of Ballarat in 2003 and has completed her Masters degree in Exercise Physiology. Lyndall started up Optimal Movement – Exercise Physiology Services in 2004 and has worked in a range of settings from Community Health/Hospital to GP clinics and gyms.

Lyndall has extensive experience working with people of all ages with varying chronic conditions, but specialises in Diabetes, Respiratory and Heart Diseases.

In her spare time Lyndall enjoys relaxing at home with her family and animals, clay target shooting, and horse riding.
